Public Survey
The questionnaire gathered information on the concept of partial intestacy relating to the public awareness, the applicability of such concept, the relevancy of statues in governing the mechanism of partial intestacy, the importance of the concept and possible solutions arising from the concept of partial intestacy. From the trends shown in the responses, the survey report draws conclusions in relation to the issues faced within the concept of partial intestacy.
Interview
The interview is a structured conversation that can be made either face-to-face or through online. The purpose of the interview is to know and ascertain the concept of partial intestacy that are applied in the real practice. This interview is conducted with a skillful and well experienced lawyer in order to discuss on the basic of partial intestacy as whole. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, Google Meet is chosen as our platform of interaction within the 15 minutes requirement. Seven questions are imposed by every members in the group in relation to practice and issues concerning the topic. From the whole interview session, a better understanding and insight can be gained from the perspective of the practicing lawyer itself. A short report and video of the interview are prepared by us.
